Cancellation Policy
To secure your appointment, a valid credit card is required at the time of booking. No appointments will be scheduled without a card on file. Appointments may be rescheduled or canceled up to 24 hours in advance without penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled time will be charged the full session fee. This policy ensures that our therapists—valuable resources committed to your care—can be available to others in need if a timely cancellation occurs. We appreciate your understanding and respect for our time and services.
