Informed consent is a process that ensures you understand your rights, the counseling process, potential risks and benefits, confidentiality limits, and your role as a client. It gives you the opportunity to ask questions and agree to participate in counseling with full awareness and voluntary choice.

Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Coach Martin Counseling and Coaching, we are committed to providing each client with exceptional care. When a session is scheduled, that time is reserved exclusively for you.

Missed Appointments & Late Cancellations

If you are unable to attend your appointment, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice to reschedule or cancel. This allows us to offer that time to another client in need.

Appointments canceled or missed with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full session rate.
No-shows are also subject to the full session fee, as time and resources have been allocated specifically for you.

Payment Policy

All sessions are charged on the day of the appointment.
We do not offer refunds for completed services. Services rendered are based on time reserved and professional expertise provided, not on outcomes.

Exceptions

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances occur. In such cases, exceptions may be made at the discretion of the provider. Please reach out directly to discuss any urgent matters
