Life coaching services are separate from clinical counseling and are not intended to diagnose or treat mental health disorders.

3. Appointments & Payment

• Appointments must be scheduled in advance.

• Sessions are charged at the agreed-upon rate and billed on the day of the appointment.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or missed appointments will be charged in full.

• We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel services for reasons including emergencies, illness, or provider availability.

4. Confidentiality and Privacy

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your confidential information. Counseling services are bound by HIPAA and Texas confidentiality laws. However, we may be legally obligated to breach confidentiality under the following circumstances:

• If there is a risk of harm to self or others

• In cases of child, elder, or dependent adult abuse

• If required by a court order
