Coach Martin Counseling and Coaching provides professional counseling and life coaching services. Counseling services are conducted in accordance with the ethical and legal standards established by the Texas State Board of Examiners of Professional Counselors and the Texas Behavioral Health Executive Council (BHEC).
Life coaching services are separate from clinical counseling and are not intended to diagnose or treat mental health disorders.

3. Appointments & Payment

Appointments must be scheduled in advance.

Sessions are charged at the agreed-upon rate and billed on the day of the appointment.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance or missed appointments will be charged in full.

We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel services for reasons including emergencies, illness, or provider availability.
4. Confidentiality and Privacy
We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your confidential information. Counseling services are bound by HIPAA and Texas confidentiality laws. However, we may be legally obligated to breach confidentiality under the following circumstances:
